Sprista Digital was founded by Emily Byram to give government and enterprise teams advisory support across AI strategy and delivery, digital programs, service design and UX.
Across 7 years of delivery, Emily has led multidisciplinary teams and complex programs in the UK and Australia, working with everyone from frontline staff to boards – and translating, in both directions, between strategic intent and technical execution.

End-to-end service design – journey mapping, blueprinting and ecosystem handbooks that survive the engagement ending.

Research-led design systems and prototypes detailed enough that engineers build with confidence, not guesswork.

Discovery, properly
Interviews, ethnography and stakeholder mapping until the real problem is visible – not the one in the brief.
Design in the open
Prototypes and service blueprints built with the people who'll use them, tested in production conditions where possible.
Delivery that holds
Governance, backlog and risk management shaped so the work survives contact with procurement, security and budget cycles.
Handover that sticks
Documentation, training and a delivery model the client owns after I leave – not a dependency on me staying.
