• Established the council's AI strategy and delivery approach, then took it through to delivery: the rollout strategy, change and communications plan, enabling infrastructure and internal capability needed to move around 4,500 staff from pilot to confident everyday use.
• Built the council-side capability to run AI beyond any single engagement – standards, enablement, and the people and governance structures that keep delivery moving without external dependency.
• Consolidating validated agentic use cases into a productionised agent factory model, so agents can be built and released repeatably to make council processes more efficient and improve services for residents.
• Primary client-side lead on large language model agent solutions – translating between supplier engineers and internal service teams, managing the backlog and owning governance sign-off at each release.
• Managing risk, dependencies and governance across both delivery streams at once, acting as principal translator between technical delivery and executive sponsors.
• Shaping requests for quote and supplier scope so the council retains long-term capability and ownership after each engagement ends.

• EPA: discovery and delivery planning for SPRAT, a nationally critical environmental data system – developed stabilisation architecture and investment priorities to manage operational and cyber risk during transformation planning.
• National Parks Australia: Parks Technology Roadmap across geographically dispersed environments – defined a Parks Technology Tiger Team including mandate, governance interfaces and delivery model to prevent fragmented implementation.

• Developed and socialised the full migration strategy including proof of concept and value proposition, obtaining executive sign-off from senior government stakeholders at every stage.
• Built and maintained the DevOps Scrum board for MVP and future-state backlog, running discovery workshops and scrum ceremonies to surface and resolve blockers across dependent teams at pace.
• Collaborated with the change communications team to ensure all affected stakeholders understood the approach, using Agile communication methods to manage complex cross-team dependencies throughout.

• Set the studio's experience design standards and led delivery quality across concurrent government engagements.
• Mentored and coached a distributed bench of digital consultants, lifting delivery and design maturity across projects.

• Led end-to-end service design including user research, journey mapping and blueprinting with 30+ inter-agency contributors, translating findings into a service ecosystem handbook and a JIRA backlog built from scratch.
• Co-designed from low-fidelity concepts through to interactive Figma prototypes tested in the production environment, iterating based on ArcGIS and SharePoint analytics throughout.
• Designed adaptable stakeholder engagement frameworks after previous approaches had stalled, running requirements workshops, building an industry community of practice, and restoring delivery momentum.

• Co-designed from discovery – led user research with 800+ personnel across 12 Defence groups using interviews, surveys and ethnographic methods to define requirements in a high-security context.
• Built the full design system and developer toolkit including component library, interaction prototypes and UI specifications, eliminating design-to-build ambiguity and enabling engineers to move with confidence.
• Produced all user-facing enablement including in-system help, role-specific guides, instructional videos and a learner portal, training 180+ Defence personnel across 10 online and in-person sessions.
• Engaged directly with the Acting Secretary of Defence, Chief of Defence Force and Associate Secretary, including an unscheduled one-on-one product demonstration with no preparation time.

• DISR / business.gov.au: UX and content design contributed to a 42% increase in desired web conversions and a 7-point readability improvement across optimised pages.
• Department of Home Affairs (OMARA): led cross-functional content redevelopment, establishing collaboration tools and working rules to achieve consensus across writers, subject matter experts and policy stakeholders.
